Beginning with early sketch explorations, our team translated playful ideas into preliminary CAD models, carefully refining proportions, ergonomics, and manufacturability. This design development process ensured that each mold was not only visually delightful but also easy to use, durable, and production‑ready.
The collaboration led to two standout product lines: Safari Pop Molds Inspired by jungle adventures, the Safari Pop set features four whimsical characters — a curious Professor, playful Parrot, gentle Elephant, and cheeky Monkey. Each mold creates perfectly sized kid‑friendly pops (about 1.4–1.6 fl. oz.), with easy‑release silicone construction that eliminates the need for rinsing or twisting. A surprise heart‑shaped stick adds charm to every treat, while mix‑and‑match legs and tails let kids invent their own wacky wildlife species. Ring Pop Molds ZOKU’s Ring Pop molds transform frozen snacks into wearable treats shaped like gems and hearts. The compact tray produces up to eight mini pops at once (about 0.6 fl. oz. each), perfect for parties or playful everyday snacking. Flexible silicone molds make removal effortless — simply pull on the ring handle to reveal a sparkling jewel pop, complete with a built‑in drip guard for mess‑free fun. |
